Yes. We email a proof between 24-48 hours after purchase, to the address you enter at checkout.
Yes. Your order won’t be printed or dispatched until you approve the proof.
Your order will be delayed. To keep things moving, please check your inbox (and junk folder) and approve ASAP.
Yes. Minor edits are welcome. Major changes like a new photo or a full redesign may require an additional fee.
Once you approve the proof, your order is sent to production and can’t be changed or cancelled.
Yes. You can purchase a digital download option.
We send it to your email address. Please double-check your email at checkout.
Digital files aren’t refundable for change of mind once they’ve been delivered. If there’s an issue with the file, contact us and we’ll fix it.
Digital files are for personal use only. You may print for yourself, but you can’t resell, share, or distribute the file.
Colours can vary slightly between screens and printed products due to different monitor settings and printing processes.
After proof approval, your order moves into production, then ships. Delivery timeframes are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays.
Tracking will be provided once your order is on the way.
Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees apply.
If there’s a significant delay, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging . We will provide you with an address to send the item back and we will offer a replacement.

Because each item is custom made to order, we don’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
No. All Puppy Prints artwork, prints, and digital files are for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, scan, share, distribute, sell, or resell any part of the artwork in any format.
No. By ordering, you confirm you own the rights to the image you submit or have permission to use it. We may refuse orders that infringe copyright or trademarks.
We never sell, rent, or release your personal information to third parties, except where needed to process your order (such as printing and delivery providers).
We only keep your uploaded image and order details for 14 days after your order is completed, then they’re securely deleted.

The posters are made on our lighter-weight, uncoated classic matte paper. The perfect option to stand the test of time:
• Paper Finishing: Matte, smooth, non-reflective surface.
• Paper Weight: 170 gsm (65 lb), thickness: 0.19 mm (7.5 mils), sturdy and durable.
• Sustainable Paper: FSC-certified or equivalent for sustainability.
Different packaging depending on the size of the poster as well as the country where the item is produced and shipped to.
Standard packaging for posters:
• Flat for posters up to A4
• Tube for posters above A4
