Terms

All website content (including text, graphics, logos, photos, and designs) is owned by Puppy Prints or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Personal use only. No copying or resale. Our artwork, prints, and digital files can’t be copied, reproduced, shared, or resold in any form.

Conditions  

Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products due to different monitor settings and printing processes.

We will email you a proof to approve before printing. Please check it carefully, including spelling and details. Once you approve the proof, we can’t make changes.

Because each item is custom made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or there is a print issue, contact us and we will make it right.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

By submitting a photo, you confirm you own the rights to the image or have permission to use it.

Before We Print:

Every Puppy Print is custom made. Once you place your order, we create your artwork and email you a proof to approve within 24–48 hours. We only print once you’ve signed off.

Processing Time:

After approval, your order goes into production. Most printed orders are produced and dispatched within 2–5 business days and you will receive tracking as soon as it ships.

Delivery Times:

Delivery depends on your location. Typical timeframes are:​

   *Australia: around 2–7 business days after dispatch

   *International: around 5–15 business days after dispatch

During peak periods (Mother’s Day, Christmas, sales), delivery can take a little longer.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays. If there’s a significant delay, we will contact you and work with you on the next step.

Tracking:

All physical orders include tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking link when your order ships.

Important notes

Address changes: Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us ASAP. Once an order is in production or shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

International duties/taxes: International orders may incur local taxes or import duties depending on your country. 

Lost or delayed parcels: If tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period, message us and we will help investigate with the carrier.

Proof approvals:

We will email your proof within 24-48 hours. Please reply with approval or requested changes within 2 days to avoid delays. Once approved, your order is sent to print and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Custom orders:

Because each item is made to order, we don’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there is a printing error, contact us and we will organise a  solution.

Shipping:

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays. If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Damaged or lost in transit:

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item. If your parcel appears lost, contact us and we will assist with tracking and next steps.​

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs apply.

By placing an order, you confirm you own the image or have permission to use it. We cannot accept orders that infringe copyright or trademarks.​

We use your email and details to send proofs, updates and fulfil your order. We do not sell your personal information.
