Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products due to different monitor settings and printing processes.
We’ll email you a proof to approve before printing. Please check it carefully, including spelling and details. Once you approve the proof, we can’t make changes.
Because each item is custom made to order, we don’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or there’s a print issue, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
By submitting a photo, you confirm you own the rights to the image or have permission to use it.
Shipping Policy
Before We Print:
Every Puppy Print is custom made. Once you place your order, we create your artwork and email you a proof to approve within 24–48 hours. We only print once you’ve signed off. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs apply.
Processing Time:
After approval, your order goes into production. Most printed orders are produced and dispatched within 2–5 business days and you will receive tracking as soon as it ships.
Delivery Times:
Delivery depends on your location. Typical timeframes are:

Australia: around 2–7 business days after dispatch

International: around 5–15 business days after dispatch
During peak periods (Mother’s Day, Christmas, sales), delivery can take a little longer.

Tracking:
All physical orders include tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking link when your order ships.
Important notes

Address changes: Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us ASAP. Once an order is in production or shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

International duties/taxes: International orders may incur local taxes or import duties depending on your country.

Lost or delayed parcels: If tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period, message us and we will help investigate with the carrier.
