Because every Puppy Print is custom made from your pet’s photo, we don’t offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

PROOF APPROVAL

All orders include a proof for you to review. Once you approve your proof, your order moves into production and cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded.

IF SOMETHING IS WRONG

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or printed incorrectly, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will confirm the next steps, and send you a return address.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

DIGITAL FILES

Digital files are non-refundable once delivered, since they cannot be “returned”. If there is an issue with the file (wrong design, corrupt file, incorrect size you purchased), we will fix and resend it.

Please review your proof carefully. Once you approve the proof, we cannot make changes because your order is sent to production.
