Every portrait is custom designed from your photo by real artists in our Australian studio. We take the time to capture the details that make your pet unmistakably yours; the tilt of their head, the look in their eyes, the personality that lights up your entire home. Each piece is made with care to make your pet shine.

Step 2:  We Create Your Portrait Our Australian artists get to work bringing your pet to life. Every portrait is custom designed from your photo with care and attention to detail. You'll receive a proof within 24–48 hours to review.

Step 3:  Approve & We Deliver Love it? We print and ship. Want changes? No problem — we'll revise until you're completely happy. Nothing goes to print until you say it's perfect.

Q: What photo should I use for my pet portrait? A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is easy to see. Natural lighting works best. Front-facing or three-quarter angles give the best results. We accept almost all photos — if there's an issue, we'll let you know and help you choose a better one.

Q: How long does it take to receive my portrait? You'll receive a digital proof within 24–48 hours of ordering. Once approved, digital files are delivered instantly via email. Printed and framed orders enter production and ship with tracking.

Q: Can I request changes to my proof? Absolutely. We welcome revisions and nothing goes to print until you're completely happy with the result. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Q: Do you create portraits for all animals? Yes. Dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, horses, guinea pigs — if they're loved, they belong here. We work with all animals, not just dogs.

Q: What are the prints made from? Our poster prints are made on premium 170gsm FSC-certified matte paper with a smooth, non-reflective finish. Rich colour, fine detail, and built to last. Framed prints come ready to hang.

Q: Do you ship internationally? Yes. We ship worldwide from Australia. Digital downloads are delivered instantly to any location via email.

BEFORE WE PRINT

Every Puppy Print is custom made. Once you place your order, we create your artwork and email you a proof to approve within 24–48 hours. We only print once you’ve signed off.

PROCESSING TIME

After approval, your order goes into production. Most printed orders are produced and dispatched within 2–5 business days and you will receive tracking as soon as it ships.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery depends on your location. Typical timeframes are:

• Australia: around 15–25 business days after dispatch
• International: around 15–25 business days after dispatch

During peak periods (Mother’s Day, Christmas, sales), delivery can take a little longer.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays. If there’s a significant delay, we will contact you and work with you on the next step.

TRACKING

All physical orders include tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking link when your order ships.

Important notes

• Address changes: Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us ASAP. Once an order is in production or shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
• International duties/taxes: International orders may incur local taxes or import duties depending on your country.
• Lost or delayed parcels: If tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period, message us and we will help investigate with the carrier.

REFUND POLICY (Custom Puppy Prints)

Because every Puppy Print is custom made from your pet’s photo, we don’t offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

PROOF APPROVAL

All orders include a proof for you to review. Once you approve your proof, your order moves into production and cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded.

IF SOMETHING IS WRONG

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or printed incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will confirm the next steps and the return address to send the item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

DIGITAL FILES

Digital files are non-refundable once delivered, since they cannot be “returned”. If there is an issue with the file (wrong design, corrupt file, incorrect size you purchased), we will fix and resend it.
