We accept almost all photos. If there's an issue, we'll let you know and help you choose a better one.

Q: How long does it take to receive my portrait? You'll receive a digital proof within 24–48 hours of ordering. Once approved, digital files are delivered instantly via email. Printed and framed orders enter production and ship with tracking.

Q: Can I request changes to my proof? Absolutely. We welcome revisions and nothing goes to print until you're completely happy with the result. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Q: Do you create portraits for all animals? Yes. Dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, horses, guinea pigs. If they're loved, they belong here. We work with all animals, not just dogs.

Q: What are the prints made from? Our poster prints are made on premium 170gsm FSC-certified matte paper with a smooth, non-reflective finish. Rich colour, fine detail, and built to last. Framed prints come ready to hang.
