Q: Can I add a pet who has passed to my wedding photo? Yes. This is one of the most meaningful uses of this portrait. Q: What photo should I use for my pet portrait? A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is easy to see. Natural lighting works best. Front facing or three quarter angles give the best results. We accept almost all photos. If there's an issue, we'll let you know and help you choose a better one.

Q: How long does it take to receive my portrait? You'll receive a digital proof within 24–48 hours of ordering. Once approved, digital files are delivered instantly via email. Printed and framed orders enter production and ship with tracking.

Q: Can I request changes to my proof? Absolutely. We welcome revisions and nothing goes to print until you're completely happy with the result. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Q: Do you create portraits for all animals? Yes. Dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, horses, guinea pigs. If they're loved, they belong here. We work with all animals, not just dogs.

Q: What are the prints made from? Our poster prints are made on premium 170gsm FSC-certified matte paper with a smooth, non-reflective finish. Rich colour, fine detail, and built to last. Framed prints come ready to hang.

Q: Do you ship internationally? Yes. We ship worldwide from Australia. Digital downloads are delivered instantly to any location via email.

Once your image has been created and your order moves into production, refunds are no longer available. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll make it right Digital files are non-refundable, but we’ll fix any issues if needed. 🐾
