You will receive a proof within 24–48 hours for approval before anything is printed. Once approved, orders are typically produced and shipped within around 7 days.

Return & Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY (Custom Puppy Prints)
Because every Puppy Print is custom made from your pet’s photo, we don’t offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
PROOF APPROVAL
All orders include a proof for you to review. Once you approve your proof, your order moves into production and cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or printed incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will confirm the next steps and the return address to send the item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
DIGITAL FILES
Digital files are non-refundable once delivered, since they cannot be “returned”. If there is an issue with the file (wrong design, corrupt file, incorrect size you purchased), we will fix and resend it.
Shipping Information
BEFORE WE PRINT
Every Puppy Print is custom made. Once you place your order, we create your artwork and email you a proof to approve within 24–48 hours. We only print once you’ve signed off.
PROCESSING TIME
After approval, your order goes into production. Most printed orders are produced and dispatched within 2–5 business days and you will receive tracking as soon as it ships.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery depends on your location. Typical timeframes are:

Australia: around 2–7 business days after dispatch

International: around 5–15 business days after dispatch
During peak periods (Mother’s Day, Christmas, sales), delivery can take a little longer.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays. If there’s a significant delay, we will contact you and work with you on the next step.
TRACKING
All physical orders include tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking link when your order ships.
Important notes

Address changes: Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us ASAP. Once an order is in production or shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
